As has been discussed and reported over the last 5 years, the 2010 Annual Meeting to be held in the Mexican Riviera has special conditions that you need to consider and think about NOW.
This will be our first ALL INCLUSIVE meeting and as such, we have to pay a certain amount BEFORE we attend the meeting. The price is $458 per day for a 4 day meeting but with tax, closer to $2000.
BY NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 2009, I WILL NEED:
1. Your commitment and how many will be coming
2. $2000 USD per person or couple
3. Airline and travel confirmations
4. Passport numbers (?)
After the meeting, you will be charged for other charges such as room costs, special events, audiovisual expenses, meeting expenses and others. But hopefully, the entire amount should not be more than $200 per person.
