The 2009 Annual Meeting is upon us! We will be meeting Wednesday February 25 through Sunday March 1, 2009 at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort and Golf Club!
Once again, I am asking that you fill out the PREMEETING STATEMENT that lets me know what functions and meals you plan to attend at the meeting. This is VERY important because the resort poses rather stiff penalties for “no shows” and “over bookings”. For that reason, Whatever you indicate on this statement, you will be charged! Regardless if you attend or not! Please take the time to fill it out correctly.
For those bringing a guest, make sure that the guest receives, completes and returns a PreMeeting Statement! Do NOT enter information about your guest on your own statement.
DEADLINE For this form is December 31, 2008! If I do not receive a PreMeeting Statement by this deadline, I will assume you will NOT be attending the meeting.
